FOX-IQ
奥林巴斯
The FOX-IQ online analyzer can continuously measure the elements from titanium (Ti) to uranium (U) in the surface of any material in a customized manner. The FOX-IQ XRF system can perform automatic online analysis without interruption for 24 hours, 7 days, and can perform quality control on products processed in large batches.
X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis is a field-proven technology for rapid non-destructive verification of alloy grades and chemical compositions of products. The FOX-IQ system has a small external structure and requires low power. It can be easily integrated into a new or existing processing system controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller). This system can withstand severe vibration, electromagnetic and acoustic noise, and is dust and moisture resistant.
EachThe FOX-IQ system can provide pass / fail results, accurate brand identification information, and information on the chemical composition of the material. The FOX-IQ system can be controlled by a PC or integrated with a PLC (programmable logic controller) to complete operations such as automatic start / stop, data collection, making judgments, and communicating with external devices.
The FOX-IQ system is configured for fully automatic alloy detection, and it can provide data logging and alarm functions.
Typical applications:
·Alloy type verification for entire furnace number or batch of products
·Quality control of parts after the manufacturing process is complete
·Confirm the alloy type of the product at the service center before shipping the product
·Alloy type: stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, tool steel, nickel alloy, nickel-cobalt alloy, titanium alloy, zirconium alloy, copper-nickel alloy, brass, bronze and aluminum alloy
