E3 application areas
• Field element content detection of stainless steel, carbon steel, and low-alloy steel
• On-site element content detection of carbon C, phosphorus P, sulfur S, boron B elements
• On-site quantitative analysis of aluminum pipes, large aluminum castings, and aluminum profiles
• On-site inspection of brass, bronze and white copper
• On-site inspection of large pipes, gears, small samples, special size samples and wires
"Smart calibration" single-point calibration
Calibration of all curves with one sample
GNR's new "smart calibration" algorithm can calculate the height change of each spectral line of each element to be measured for precise calibration. "Smart calibration" is to use a large amount of test data to fit the correlation between elements, so as to calibrate with one standard sample and achieve the effect of multiple standard calibration.
Fiber-free design
The world's first fiber-free mobile direct-reading spectrometer
GNR has created the world's first all-light chamber excitation gun. All elements can be detected in the excitation gun. The host only provides battery power. There is no need to connect the excitation gun to the host with an optical fiber with limited service life. The signal transmission between the trigger gun and the host can be connected via a USB cable, which is convenient for users to customize the length of the trigger gun.
